I'll arrive up to one hour early to your event to setup. Guests may stop by my station, where I'll take a reference photo to paint from, leaving them free to enjoy the event! Most couple portraits only take around 10 minutes to complete, after which they can stop by to pick them up.

I will need a 4-6 ft. table in an indoor or shaded outdoor area and a chair. I can provide a black tablecloth, or I'll be happy to use one of yours that matches the color scheme of your decor.
Pricing
I understand it can be difficult to afford a service like this for fundraising and charity events, especially with funding situations as they are. For these types of events, please contact me for special pricing. Also, consider having a suggested donation amount for each portrait to help offset the cost of the service. All donations would go solely to your organization.
